If you would like to become a Hospice Associates volunteer, please complete our online application here.

Our Manager of Client and Volunteer Services will review your application and contact you to set up an interview upon approval.

All volunteer applicants are required to submit at least 2 personal references.  

You will not be able to enroll in our Hospice Volunteer Training Program until your personal references have been received and reviewed by our Manager of Client and Volunteer Services. All references need to be submitted to us as soon as possible once you have completed your application. 

Please Note: You must complete a criminal records check before we can place you with a Hospice Associates client.
